A) W. Parker Pistol

These early 19th century pistols feature post front sights, "W. Parker" (left barrels), "-Holborn- MAKER TO HIS MAJESTY" (ribs), and "London" (right barrels) on top of the barrels, cross scepter proofs and indistinct hallmarks on the bottom of the barrels, serial numbers on the bottom of the breech plugs, four gold bands on each barrel's breech plug, platinum vent liners, traditional English engraving, "W. PARKER" on the locks which also have gold lined semi-waterproof pans and half cock safeties, silver wedge escutcheons and thumb plates, and checkered wrists. They come in a modern case with a reproduction Parker label, bore rod, key, and several lead balls.

ConditionVery fine with 85% of the brown finish, attractive Damascus patterns, nearly all of the gold, silver-gray patina in place of the case colors, 75% period refurbished blue finish, and aged patina on the silver. The very fine stock has a subtle crack ahead of the left lock, crisp checkering, and minor handling and storage marks. Mechanically excellent. The quality custom made case and accessories have only minor storage wear.

ConditionVery fine with 85% plus of the period refurbished brown finish, distinct Damascus patterns, virtually all of the gold, slight case colors and otherwise silver-gray patina in their place, 80% blue finish, and aged patina on the silver. The very fine stock has a chip above the nose of the right lock, crisp checkering, and minor handling and storage marks. Mechanically excellent. Overall a very attractive pair!
