Measuring 52 1/2 inches overall, with a set of fixed sights on the swamped barrel, featuring silver inlay of a butterfly flying over flowers ahead of the rear sight, and a inlaid mon consisting of 3 paulownia leaves (no blossoms). The stock is fitted with a number of brass cherry blossom panels, with a brass running boar on the right side behind the lock and a small panel on the underside with an untranslated marking.

Good, with a mixed brown patina overall and scattered pitting. A portion of a leaf is absent from the mon. The brass shows a well aged patina, and the stock shows some chips and cracks. Mechanically good.
