U.S. Springfield Model 1884 Trapdoor Rifle with Bayonet and Scabbard

Standard markings and features. "1887" dated cartouche. Includes a socket bayonet, scabbard, and leather frog with brass hanger.

ConditionVery fine overall with 80% plus original blue finish, nearly all of the original case colors, and some minor nicks and scratches. The stock has a few minor surface chips, minor bruising, some small dings, and a few scrapes. Mechanically excellent. The bayonet and accessories are fine with fading original finish, mild wear, some oxidation, and brick red aged patina on the hanger.
