The rounded lock has border engraving, "LONDON" at the center, and a flourish of acanthus scroll at the tail. The barrel has coordinating scrollwork at the breech and pre-1813 Birmingham private proofmarks on the left. The stock is silver wire scrollwork and silver furniture, including the grotesque mask butt cap and pierced side plate.
