The barrel is inscribed "New England Custom Gun Plainfield NH" in fancy script between the mid barrel band and rear sight base. The receiver retains the original Argentine crest on top, "MODELO 1909" marking on the side of the ring and Mauser legend on the rail. With EAW style scope bases and a Schmidt & Bender 1.5-6x42 Zenith illuminated reticle scope. Jewelled bolt, extractor, and follower. With a checkered pistol grip stock with a raised shadow line cheekpiece and solid recoil pad.

Very fine as professionally customized and refinished with 99% of the blue remaining, some scattered light handling marks, sharp markings, and some small dings and scratches on the otherwise very fine stock. Mechanically excellent. Scope is excellent with very clear optics.
