A late production Police Model example with a desirable extended magazine. Approximately 60,000 Model 1907s were manufactured with an undetermined number being the Police Model with extended magazine. Standard Winchester markings including the factory oval proof on the barrel and receiver, blade and elevation adjustable sights, leather sling and smooth pistol grip stock. Excellent. The rifle retains 95% plus original blue finish showing some spots of gray and some minor scratches. A name is hand marked in script above the frame serial number. The wood is very fine with a hairline crack along the grain near the buttplate, some minor pressure dents and scratches and retaining most of the finish. Mechanically excellent.
