Manufactured in 1916. Lyman beaded blade front and Lyman folding two leaf rear sights, standard barrel markings, and Winchester "WP" proofs on top of the barrel and receiver at the breech. Fancy walnut checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with a hard rubber Winchester grip cap, and solid rubber recoil pad.

Very fine. 90% plus original blue finish remains with crisp markings, scattered dings and surface scratches, edge wear, and some light flaking. The wood is also very fine with the added pad, a chip of rubber missing at the toe, well defined checkering, and small dings and scratches throughout. Mechanically excellent.
