Fine. 75% original blue finish remains with some areas of moderate pitting on the barrel, clear markings, surface scratches, and edge wear on the receiver. The wood is fine as non-factory checkered with an applied coat of glossy varnish, small scattered dings, and surface scratches. Mechanically excellent.

Manufactured in 1941. Beaded blade front and a filler block in the rear sight dovetail with standard barrel markings and Winchester "WP" proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech. The receiver and barrel are fitted with a Redfield scope base with Weaver J2.5 scope. Fancy deluxe style checkered forearm and pistol grip buttstock with a smooth steel buttplate.

Very fine. 85% original blue finish remains with clear markings, scattered surface scratches, some areas of edge wear, and some stray varnish on the metal. The wood is fine as non-factory checkered and refinished with attractive grain, small dings throughout, and some mild finish loss around the edges. Mechanically excellent. Scope is very good.
