Manufactured in 1906 and later engraved by Firearms Engravers Guild of America member Rachel Wells. The floral scroll engraving on a matte background is featured on the sides of the frame and cylinder flats. Entwining lines are engraved on the sides of the barrel at the muzzle, top strap and back strap. The butt is signed "RACHEL WELLS ENGRAVER."

Very good as professionally embellished. The revolver has a bright appearance overall. The ejector head is missing. The grips are fine with a missing minor chip near the bottom (right panel) and attractive color. Mechanically excellent.
