Manufactured after 1865 and later engraved by Firearms Engravers Guild of America member Rachel Wells. The floral scrollwork on a punch dot background is featured on the frame and barrel lug, entwining lines are featured on the barrel at the muzzle and breech and top of the back strap, and the rear of the cylinder has floral accents between the chambers. It is signed "RACHEL WELLS ENGRAVER" on the butt. Matching assembly numbers on the frame, cylinder and barrel, and right grip panel numbered to gun.
