The left of the barrel is marked with the caliber designation, and under the forearm is stamped "W.D. BALLENGER/LAKELAND FL. 81692". Standard markings on the receiver. Checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with a blue steel grip cap, and solid rubber recoil pad.

Very good as professionally rebarreled and converted to .577 Nitro Express. 97% original blue finish remains with mostly light handling marks and some cycling marks on the block. The wood has sharp checkering and stands slightly proud to the metal, with a few scattered dings and bruises. Mechanically excellent.
