Manufactured in 1961. Manufactured without sights with factory drilled and tapped holes at the muzzle, mid barrel, and breech for sight/scope block mounting, and standard barrel markings. The barrel is not stamped with the Winchester "WP" proof, but is stamped with the oval "P" proof indicating a factory replacement barrel installed outside the factory. The left side of the receiver is stamped with the "WP" proof. Receiver is fitted with scope bases and a Leupold scope. Single shot action with adjustable trigger. Heavy target style stock with forearm accessory rail, and Winchester recoil pad.

Fine as rebarreled and refinished. 85% of the blue finish remains with some patchy light spotting, small surface scratches and some light dings. The receiver proof is soft, and there are visible depressions under the blue. The stock is fine with small scattered dings and wear on the pad. Mechanically excellent. Optics are a bit hazy.
