Single bead sight on the matte concave rib with 2 5/8 inch chambers, single extractor, and full/full chokes. The French gray action is a copy of the 1894 Darne patent sliding breech with flourishes of scroll engraving and vignettes of game birds on the side of the sliding breech with a pheasant on the right and a duck on the left. With a multi-point checkered half pistol grip stock with a serrated horn buttplate. The barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .714/.714 inch; minimum wall thickness .035/.035 inch; drop at comb 1 1/2 inches; drop at heel 2 3/8 inches; length of pull 14 inches.

Very good. 80% refinished blue on the barrels with some visible spotting and light pitting, surface scratches, and small areas of a visible brown/red patina. The breechblock and trigger guard have an overall gray patina with some darker gray spotting and handling marks. The stock has well defined checkering, small dings throughout, and chips on the buttplate. Mechanically very good.
