Blade front and folding ladder rear sights with the small "star gauge" stamp on the front of the muzzle and "SA/bomb/5-37" on the barrel behind the front sight. A Lyman peep sight is installed on the receiver, which is fitted with a "NS" and "Z" marked bolt that has been hand-numbered on top to match. Smooth pistol grip stock with "D28179" on top of the handguard, circled "P" behind the trigger guard, boxed "SA/SPG" on the left side, "D1836" and "1497403" on the underside of the buttstock, and a checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine, with 80% plus of the original blue finish, showing area of gray patina concentrated on the sights and floor plate, along with some mild handling marks. The rear ladder sight is a reparkerized replacement. The stock is fine, with modified notch cut into stock under bolt handle, some mild dings and scuffs. Mechanically excellent.
