The operating rod, trigger group, hammer, and safety are all "SA" marked. The stock is marked with a boxed "S.A./GHS" inspection cartouche followed by the Ordnance Department crossed cannons stamp with a single circled "P" proof on the underside of the wrist, checkered trapdoor buttplate with cleaning kit, tool, oiler and grease pots, and a leather sling.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. 85% plus original parkerized finish remains with numerous small scratches mostly on the gas tube, some high edge wear and cycling marks, sharp markings and proofs, and some small scattered dings. The revarnished stock is fine with legible cartouche, numerous small dings throughout, scratches, and clear markings. Mechanically excellent.
