Description:

Manufactured in 1942. Blade front and "S" marked two-leaf rear sights, with an undated "WP" barrel, Type I barrel band, "W" recoil plate, flat bolt, "9" and "W" marked milled trigger guard, "W" hammer, unmarked button safety and magazine catch. Low wood stock, with a two-rivet handguard, crossed cannons and "W.R.A./G.H.D." on the right side, unmarked sling cut, and a checkered buttplate. Operating rod is a replacement. With a green canvas sling, a "SW" marked magazine, and an "II" marked extra magazine.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, with 85% plus original parkerized finish, showing some bright wear along the edges and scattered handling marks. The stock is fine, with some light scratches and dings. Mechanically excellent.
