Manufactured in 1945. Single bead sight, 2 3/4 inch chamber, cylinder choke, and standard barrel markings including the Winchester "WP" proof and a single "P" in an oval indicating the barrel is a factory replacement installed outside the factory. The right side of the receiver is roll-stamped with the "U.S. flaming bomb" marking. The shotgun has an overall commercial polished blue finish with a ribbed forearm and smooth pistol grip buttstock stamped with a boxed "W.B." inspection mark over the Ordnance Department "crossed cannons" stamp, and a checkered plastic Winchester buttplate. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Very fine with the factory replacement barrel, 95% original bright polished blue finish, some light edge wear, scattered surface scratches and nicks, and some marks on top of the barrel that indicate a handguard may have once been installed. The wood is excellent with crisp markings, 90% plus original high gloss finish, and scattered small dings. Mechanically excellent.
