Also known as the Model 95 or Double Derringer. This late production Type III or Model No. 4 Third Variation was manufactured post-1935. Only 500 are estimated to have been manufactured during the WWII era. It has the distinctive matte blue finish, simplified barrel group, grooved instead of knurled hammer spur, and much larger serial number than the earlier variations which were numbered in batches. The barrel has the Remington-UMC address.

Excellent overall with 97% plus original matte blue finish, light fading at the edges and back strap, minor marks, crisp checkering and markings, and minor aging of the grips. Mechanically excellent. This is a very desirable variation of one of Remington's most iconic handguns.
