Ramped beaded blade front and Lyman fully adjustable rear peep sights with "R.F. Sedgley INC. PHILA. PA. U.S.A." marked on top of the barrel. The rifle features elaborate leafy scroll engraving with a 6 3/4 inch wedge on the barrel extending forward from the breech, fine punch dot texture on top of the receiver, flourishes of scroll on the bolt shroud, and leafy borders on the receiver rails. The floorplate is similarly engraved with fine scroll and a running deer scene. Checkered pistol grip stock with engraved steel grip cap and checkered and engraved trapdoor buttplate.

Very fine as professionally embellished and refinished with 95% plus polished blue finish remaining, scattered small nicks and dings, handling marks overall, and mild cycling marks. The stock is also very fine with crisp checkering and numerous scattered small dents and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
