This is a fine representative example of a U.S. Inland Mfg. Four rivet handguard and low wood stock with a type 2 wide barrel band, pistol grip marked "RI/3" on the end with the Ordnance Dept. "crossed cannons" stamp on the right side of the grip, folding steel wire stock with leather cheekpiece, oiler, and cast checkered buttplate with the correct markings cast into the back side. With "U.S." marked canvas carbine carry sleeve, and canvas web sling.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. 75% plus original parkerized finish remains with sharp markings, cycling marks on the receiver and bolt, edge wear, and handling marks overall. The fine wood has small dings throughout and sharp markings. Mechanically excellent. Carbine sleeve is excellent.
