World War II U.S. Colt Model 1911A1 Semi-Automatic Pistol with Holster

Manufactured in 1943. Blade front and flat top rear notch sights, with a "G.H.D." inspected frame, checkered milled short trigger and thin hammer, checkered thumb safety, serrated slide catch and arched mainspring housing, checkered and reinforced Colt grips, "L" marked full blue magazine and a Colt "boxed C" marked barrel. Includes a "SEARS/44" marked brown leather holster.

ConditionVery fine, with 80% of the original parkerized finish, showing bright wear along the grip straps and edges, particularly on the underside of the frame, minor takedown lines below the slide stop, and some light handling marks overall. 70% strong blue is visible on the exposed chamber hood, with bright cycling wear. The left grip panel is cracked, and the right panel is very good with some mild dings. Mechanically excellent. The holster is extremely fine overall.
