Manufactured in Brescia, Italy, Famars shotguns are some of the world's finest made and were available on a custom order basis only. The company (as Abbiatico & Salvinelli) ceased production in 2012. This beautiful rifle is fitted with a custom removable bead front sight on a 3 inch ramp sight base featuring a fold over night sight and a 9 inch raised based featuring provisions for scope rings (scope rings made by Joe Smithson are included) and a gold sight line inlaid two leaf rear sight graduated for 50 yards (fixed) and 100 yards (folding). The barrels are marked "Abbiatico & Salvinelli" on the left side and "One of a kind" on the right side, feature engraved bands at the breech and muzzles, and have ejectors. The underside of the right barrel is marked "a Pepo con sincera amicizia/Cristina." The barrel flats are marked with Italian proofs and "A&S 1089 A&S/CAL. 375HH CAT. 4648." These markings are repeated on the water table. The full coverage fine scroll engraved and coin finished action has pinless detachable side locks, which are signed "ABBIATICO & SALVINELLI." The underside of the receiver has the model and caliber markings. The scroll engraving extends to the trigger guard, barrel release and manual tang safety. The scrollwork is by G. M. Sabatti as signed near the triggers. The "S" for safety is in flush gold. It has polished double triggers (articulated front trigger) and sling eyelets on the underside of the barrels and stock. The highly figured forearm and pistol grip stock feature fine multi-point checkering and engraved hardware, including the grip cap with compartment. The stock is fitted with a 1 inch solid recoil pad. The length of pull is 14 7/8 inches. The barrels, forearm and lower tang are numbered to the gun. The leather bound oak partitioned case has a Famars label on the interior and comes with a canvas cover, three piece brass cleaning rod with wood handle, two cleaning rod attachments, pair of snap caps, plastic oiler and case key.

Near new showing minimal handling and storage. Mechanically excellent. The case is excellent. An exceptional example of A&S craftsmanship!
