Ottmar STOCKMAKER" between the mid barrel band and rear sight with a thin gold inlaid band around the breech. The left receiver rail is marked "F.H. DEPOY - MS". With scope ring son the receiver, jewelled bolt, hinged floor plate, and two panel knurled bolt handle. Finely figured fancy walnut stock with skeleton grip cap and solid rubber recoil pad. Maurice Ottmar was a custom gun and stock maker from Washington state, and Fred Depoy was a long time employee and foreman for Douglas Barrels.
