Blacked receiver engraved "RIGBY'S SPECIAL .416 BORE FOR BIG GAME" on the receiver ring and fitted with casehardened bases for quick detachable telescopic sight mounts. The casehardened telescopic sight mounts respectively signed "J. RIGBY & CO. LONDON" and engraved ".416 RIGBY NO. 6822", and fitted with a Swarovski 1,25-4x24 "Habicht" telescopic sight.
