Designed as a drop-in unit to convert the German G3 rifle into a low cost training rifle for target and marksmanship practice. This kit consists of a bolt assembly, barrel insert and chamber sleeve, along with two G3 magazines with 22 caliber inserts. This kit has matching serial numbers (221) on the barrel insert and bolt assembly which is also dated "9/73". These components are contained in an unmarked green painted hardwood case

Excellent overall. 98% plus original dark phosphate finish remains with a few light scattered handling marks. The case is very fine with numerous scuffs and dings on the exterior.
