Manufactured in 1953. Standard S&W markings, adjustable square notch rear sight, and matching serial numbers on the butt, right grip panel, cylinder and barrel. Comes with the factory gold box numbered to gun and "Helpful Hints" pamphlet.

Excellent. The revolver retains 98% original blue finish showing limited light spotting, slight loss at the muzzle and a very light cylinder drag line. Nearly all original case colors remain on the hammer and trigger. The grips are also excellent with a couple minor dings on the bottom and crisp checkering overall. Mechanically excellent. The box is very good with edge separation showing a lid short end and some minor edge wear.
