Description:

"W.W.96/73" is marked on the butt. This style of flare gun was known to be issued to the early U-Boats of the Imperial German Kaiserliche Marine. It is single action only and can fire either one barrel or both barrels at the same time.

Rating Definition:

Very fine overall with mild aged patina, some casting pits in the frame, light oxidation on the hammers, and minor marks and scratches. Mechanically fine.
