Fixed blade front and folding adjustable rear ladder and peep sights. The receiver is marked "No. 4MK1 F (FTR) 48" over the serial number. The muzzle is fitted with a clamp on Mk. 5 grenade launcher with a fixed post sight and flip up ladder sight graduated from 25 to 100 yards. The stock socket is dated "1944". Full length stock and handguard set with trapdoor brass buttplate and canvas web sling.

Very fine as arsenal refurbished with 95% of the matte blue finish remaining, numerous small scratches and nicks, handling marks overall, and some edge wear. The stock is also very fine with small dings and dents throughout, and added coat of varnish on the buttstock. Mechanically excellent.
