The barrels have standard markings with gold inlaid bands at the muzzle and breech, and 4 inch wedges of fine scroll engraving forward of the breech. The receiver is fully engraved in the style of the Winchester factory 21-6 pattern with tight flowing scroll, gold wire inlaid borders, and gold inlaid dog and bird scenes with a pointer on the right, setter on the left, pheasants on the underside, and a retriever on the trigger guard. AAA fancy figured, checkered beavertail forearm and straight grip stock with relief carved fleur-de-lis accents, engraved and gold inlaid fittings, gold initial oval inscribed "JCG", and checkered bare butt. Includes an extra 24 inch solid rib Winchester 20 gauge Model 21 barrel set with "CUSTOM BUILT FOR J.C. GARRETT" marked on the rib, 3 inch chambers, and "WS-1/WS-2" marked chokes. A Beretta takedown case is included.
