Receiver manufactured circa 1947. Hooded ramp front, elevation adjustable rear and Lyman receiver (no stock inlet) sights, Winchester factory style double proofs on barrel with underside marked "35 REM 47," polished bolt numbered to gun, transition safety, cloverleaf receiver tang, sling swivels, checkered straight comb pistol grip stock and checkered steel buttplate.

Fine as professionally rebarreled. 80% of the blue finish remains with smooth brown-gray patina on the buttplate and bolt handle and minor scratches. The refinished stock is fine with some minor dings and scratches and crisp recut checkering overall. Mechanically excellent.
