Manufactured and registered prior to 1986, with the maker's address on the left side in electric pencil and the serial number stamped behind it. The right side of the bolt is properly slotted to accommodate the obstructing rib found in later semi-automatic UZIs, and the bolt face and extractor are configured for 9 mm.

Originally manufactured as a semi-automatic carbine, this Model A is currently outfitted with the B-G bolt described in A, a ratcheting top cover, SMG barrel milled down to pass through the feed ramp restrictor ring, a three-position trigger group with proper detents and Israeli-style markings, and a folding steel stock. Included with the group are three extra magazines, a second trigger group with "DES" markings, an extra forearm, hardwood quick-detach shoulder stock and an extra milled-down barrel.
