Factory Sample Colt Single Action Army Missouri Sesquicentennial Commemorative Revolver with Box and Factory Letter

As confirmed by the Colt factory letter, this revolver was kept by the Colt factory as a display piece and sample of the Missouri Sesquicentennial revolver. The letter also confirms the caliber, barrel length, Missouri Sesquicentennial Commemorative markings, and grips. Complete with Colt "wood grain" box with hand written end label numbered to gun.

ConditionExcellent. The revolver retains over 99% of the respective finishes with a very light cylinder drag line and a few light handling marks. The grips are also excellent with a couple minor handling marks and a large dent on the bottom edge (right panel). The box is fine.
