Manufactured in 1903. Blade front and notch rear sights, with the one-line Hartford address and "(BISLEY MODEL) 38 W.C.F." on the barrel, and the two-line, three-date patent marking and circled Rampant Colt on the frame. Fitted with the signature Bisley-style hammer and grip frame, along with appropriately contoured Rampant Colt grips.

Fine, with 50% of the original blue finish, showing a brown patina on the grip frame, gray streaking on the cylinder, and mild edge wear and handling marks overall. A number of small dings are present on the barrel, ejector housing and butt. 30% case colors are visible mostly in the protected areas of the frame, with the rest having darkened or faded. The grips are very good, with some mild dings. The hammer sits a bit low in the safety notch, otherwise mechanically fine.
