The included factory letter confirms the two digit serial number, caliber, barrel length, finish, and shipment to National Sporting Goods Company, Baltimore, Maryland, on 29 September 1955 in a two gun shipment.

Very fine, retains 85% plus original blue finish with some scattered minor handling marks and a cylinder drag line. A spot of dark pitted corrosion is visible on the top muzzle flat. The topstrap is refinished with plugged screw holes. The grips are excellent with sharp checkering overall. Mechanically excellent.
