This classic bear hall tree is from the Oberammergau region of Southern Bavaria and is a classic 19th century rendition of a momma bear looking upward while holding on to tree trunk base as her cub climbed up the tree and sits on a branch. The circular ring below the momma bear is ideal to hold an umbrella or cane, and the upper branches of the tree is where one can hang winter clothes.
