Winchester Model 1895 Saddle Ring Carbine

Made in 1905. Silver blade front sight and ladder rear sight on barrel, with a Lyman peep sight on the receiver. Standard markings, with the saddle ring on the receiver. Smooth stock, with "30 40 KRAG .30 USG" marked in the left forearm groove, straight wrist, sling swivels and buttstock storage compartment.

ConditionVery fine, with 80% of the blue finish, showing areas of gray patina on the barrel and receiver, scattered hints of brown color, strongest on the lever, upper tang and magazine, bright edge wear and minor handling marks. Stock is fine, with non-factory swivels attached, scratches and pressure dents. Mechanically excellent.
