Manufactured in 1936 with standard markings including Winchester "WP" proofs. The barrel features a single bead sight, 2 3/4 inch chamber, and a full choke. The receiver features various cut out sections to display the inner workings of the action as well as the workings of the slide handle. The included FN America Certificate of Provenance identifies the shotgun by model and serial number, stating that is was previously a part of the Winchester Factory Collection where it was maintained by U.S. Repeating Arms. This is a very fine example of a factory cutaway Model 12 which has remained in the Winchester factory collection until being offered now.

Excellent overall, retains 97% plus original finish with some scattered light handling marks and light cycling wear. The wood has some scattered light dents and dings. Mechanically needs work as it will not re-assemble.
