According to the included factory letter, this pistol was part of a 35-piece shipment to the Kennedy Brothers of Minneapolis, Minnesota on February 26, 1934. Wide blade front and square notch flat top rear sights, with the two-line address and patent dates on the left side of the slide, the National Match nomenclature on the right and a matching serial number beneath the firing pin stop plate. The Government Model frame is marked "W/VP" on the left side of the trigger guard and "60" on the right, with a short milled trigger, wide checkered hammer, arched checkered mainspring housing and grips, unmarked two-tone magazine, and an "MB" marked barrel.
