Manufactured after 1934 by Mauser for commercial sales. Blade front and 1000-meter tangent rear sights, with the three-line Mauser address and "crown/crown/U" proofs on the chamber, and the three line address/patent markings on the right side of the frame opposite the Mauser banner. Aside from the upper receiver, the components are not externally numbered. Fitted with a small ring hammer, late pattern safety, and a set of ribbed hardwood grips. Included with the pistol is an unnumbered shoulder stock, with a prominent "MAUSER" banner on one side.

Very fine, with 85% of the original blue finish, showing areas of brown patina on the underside of the barrel, bright wear on the edges and back strap, mild pitting on the muzzle and frame, and some tool marks on the floorplate. The grips are very good, with some dents and scratches. The stock is very good, with cracks in the body and a number of dents and scuffs. Mechanically excellent.
