Blued dovetail barrels signed "ED KETTNER COLN A/RH" on both barrels with solid matte rib, blade front sight on ramp base, two leaf sight (one fixed, one folding), Hensoldt 4x32 scope, light engraving at the muzzles, extractor, and German and Belgian proofs on the barrel and barrel flats indicating a proof load of "2.7 g G.B.P." Casehardened scalloped box lock action with cocking indicators, profuse fine scroll engraving, relief engraved fences, set triggers, horn trigger guard, and tang safety with engraved "SICHER." Nicely figured pistol grip stock featuring multi-point checkering, forearm hardware and grip cap engraved to match, cheekpiece, and thick horn serrated buttplate. Comes with an oak and leather case featuring a reproduction paper E. Kettner trade label on the inside.

Very fine. The barrels retain 95% plus refinished blue showing some thinning. Patterns of case colors (strongest around the triggers) remain. The engraving is crisp. Hairline grain cracks are visible on the trigger guard. The wood is very fine showing scattered handling evidence and crisp checkering overall. Mechanically excellent. The scope has clear optics. The case is excellent.
