The blue receiver features full coverage leafy scroll engraving surrounding game scenes of semi-relief gold inlaid birds with ducks on the right, pheasants on the left, and a quail on the underside. The side scenes also feature, fine gold inlaid borders. The trigger guard and tangs are engraved to match with a blank initial shield engraved on the guard. Single gold washed trigger and tang mounted safety/selector switch. Checkered forearm with engraved fittings and round knob pistol grip stock with gold initial oval inscribed "LAL" and vented Browning recoil pad. The second barrel set is numbered to the gun and includes a "2" suffix with 3 inch chambers, matching engraving, and skeet/skeet chokes. With Browning takedown case. Excellent. 98% original deep blue finish remains with a few light handling marks and sharp, detailed engraving. The wood is also excellent with crisp checkering, a few small dings, and attractive figure on the buttstock. Mechanically excellent. Extra barrel set is also excellent with light handling marks. Case is very good with some exterior dings and scuffs and light interior staining.
