The stock is carved with molding, tear drop flats, and floral patterns.

Rating Definition:

Very good overall with a dark gray patina on most of the iron, light aged patina on the brass, distinct patterns, and some faint repaired cracks in the wrist of the refinished stock. Mechanically fine. This is a very attractive French flintlock pistol from the era of the American Revolution.
