A commercial variant of the CM901 rifle, the LE901 was released to market in 2012. Closely following early AR-series rifles in ergonomics and function, the 901's lower receiver is compatible with both a new 308-sized upper and backwards compatible with older 223-sized AR-15 uppers via a conversion kit (not included).
