Silver blade front and notch rear sights, with scroll engraving at the muzzle, a set of gold and silver bands at the muzzle and breech, and "HOLLIS CHELTENHAM" on the top flat. The breech plug is also engraved, with a golden proof stamp. The lock plate is German silver, fitted flush with the stock and both engraved with scroll designs, leafy burst accents on the forearm, fish head design on the hammer, an inscription oval on the rear of the grip, and a steel trapdoor installed in the flared butt.

Very good plus. The barrel is bright with extensive light pitting overall and attractive inlays. Some signs of polishing are present on the stock, with mild handling marks. Mechanically very fine.
