Measuring 37 inches overall, with a set of fixed sights on grooved top barrel flat, which is marked with a 5-part untranslated inscription at the breech and two additional symbols on the right side behind the touchhole, which is furnished with a swiveling cover. The lock is smooth brass with an iron arm, and the stock has a branded marking on the underside, two stamps behind a copper mon emblem on top of the wrist, and a long iron trigger guard. The mon is an arrangement of four square "nail pullers"; arrangements of four pullers are associated with the Uda Genji, the descendants of the Emperor Uda, with the particular arrangement associated with the Rokkaku samurai clan.

Rating Definition:

Fine. The barrel and trigger guard show a mixed aged patina, with some mild spotting and handling marks, and the lock and barrel bands show a reddish antique color. The trigger mechanism needs adjustment. The stock is also fine overall, with some light scratches and dents.
