Offered here is a variation of MH&Co's medium frame double action revolver manufactured exclusively by Hopkins & Allen in the 1880s. Total production is estimated at a few thousand with .32 caliber being rarer than its .38 caliber counterpart. The frame is marked "32 CAL 7 SHOT" on the left side, and the top of the barrel has the two-line MH&CO. address/patent dates marking. A lanyard ring is mounted on the flat butt. Matching serial numbers ("15") are found on the left side of the grip frame, right grip panel, rear cylinder face, and barrel lug. Comes with an extra 3 1/2 inch barrel which is numbered to the gun.
