Single bead sight on the raised, matte rib, standard barrel markings, standard proofs on the flats, chambers marked 2 3/4 inch with single extractor, and improved modified/full chokes. The casehardened receiver and lock plates are engraved with a leafy scroll pattern with zig-zag borders and light punch dot backgrounds. With dual triggers and tang mounted thumb safety. Checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with serrated hard rubber buttplate. Bore and stock measurements (R/L): chambers marked and measured at 2 3/4 inches; bores 9 inches from the breech measuring at .659/.658; chokes measured .021/.030; minimum wall thickness .035/.033; drop at comb 1 1/2 inches; drop at heel 2 1/2 inches; length of pull 14 1/8 inches; weight 7 lbs. 1 oz.

Fine. 80% original blue finish remains on the barrels with some visible thinning, light surface scratches, and light spotting. The receiver and locks have 40% original, slightly muted case colors with some areas of mild gray/brown patina. The wood is also fine with well-defined, mostly crisp checkering, some scattered dings, and freshened varnish on the buttstock. Mechanically excellent.
