Manufactured in 1973. The revolver features a beautiful, well executed deluxe profuse floral scroll engraving on a matte background. The engraver's initial's "LCH" are found under the cylinder release. The smooth trigger and sides of the hammer have been polished "engine turned" bright. The left side of the grip frame has a factory "R-Bi" refinishing marking and the factory return date of February 1975 ("275"). Comes with a S&W wooden display case with tools.

Very fine as professionally embellished and factory refurbished. 98% plus of the blue finish remains showing a light cylinder drag line. The grips are excellent showing limited handling evidence. Mechanically excellent. The relined case is very fine showing some handling/storage marks.
