Constructed from a combination of blued and parkerized steel components, this loading tool is marked "BROWNING/BELT FILLING MACHINE/MODEL OF 1918" on top, with a faint marking (possibly "1942") on the underside, with a vertical single stack hopper that can either be fed by hand or via stripper clips, a swiveling handle, and eye holes for mounting via screws to a workbench or table. The feed port is 3.51 inches long, suitable for the 30-06 cartridge. Included with the tool is a repurposed smoke rocket warhead case, which holds the tool, a length of belt, and twenty-seven inert 30-06 rounds.
