Manufactured in 1898 and has the standard sporting sights, the two-line address and patent marking and "44 Cal." on the top of the barrel, the Rampant Colt trademark on the left side of the receiver, smooth bordered slide handle, and smooth straight grip stock with a steel rifle buttplate.

Fine overall, retains 50% plus original blue finish with the balance a smooth grey patina. The wood is also fine and has some minor dings and scratches scattered throughout. Mechanically excellent.
